‘Because life’s too short to work a full five day week’

Hi, I’m Caro and for the last 10 years, since I first travelled overseas, I have been living by this mantra. Embracing the travel bug within for the good part of my adult life I’ve been a passionate traveller and have discovered the more places I go, the more there is to see and explore. Whether it’s a weekend trip around the English countryside, or on an overseas long-haul adventure, I put a lot (and I mean A LOT) of research and planning into my trips. The reasons why I go, where I stay, why I choose this place over that, or why I went on that tour over this tour takes time and 1000 things to consider and I felt that perhaps someone out there (beyond….. pun intended) might find it interesting or helpful for their own adventures.

I was born in Adelaide, Australia and had a blessed life growing up. At the age of twenty I moved across the globe to London and have been living the city life ever since. Since moving I’ve been working for a Tour Operator specialising in travel destinations in the Mediterranean, which is perfect for me because if I can’t be on holiday, I can go about my daily work dreaming of them and creating them for other travellers….

My travel partners in crime include my husband Russ, my twin sister Ali and an occasional squad holiday.

Throughout the blog you’ll find links to the places I’ve stayed or the experiences I had, these have not been placed because of financial or advertising reasons, it’s because I was genuinely impressed or happy with the service, and I wanna share the love!

I hope you enjoy reading my adventures, if you have any questions please get in contact, I’d be happy to help if I can!

Caro xo
